1. Single large power LED (30W-100W) encapsulated by the technology with intellectual property right is used as light source; the unique design of integrated single module light source composed of several imported high-brightness semiconductor chips is applied. This lamp is featured by high heat conductivity, low light decline, pure light color and elimination of ghosting.
2. The integral lamp housing is made of high-pressure die-casting aluminum. The power supply cavity is completely separated from light source cavity. The interior of light source cavity is in close contact with LED light source. The external radiation wing and air convection will effectively ensure the service life of light source and power supply.
3. The effective sealing by weather resistance foamed silicone rubber and the static blasting painting for external surface of lamp housing make the protection level of integral lamp reach IP65; hence, the lamp can be used under high humidity circumstance.
4. High-purity imported aluminum reflector is used to effectively improve the reflectivity and ensure the output of luminous flux. Control the light from LED within a required rang to improve the uniformity of light and the utilization rate of light energy. The advantage of energy conservation of LED lamp is shown evidently.
